What we do in this class:
Open mixed session for all levels of fitness, aged 14 and upwards; with trained coaches available to assist with general fitness if required.
Equipment – Spinning Bikes, Concept Rowing Machines, Concept 2 Ski Erg, Cross Trainers, Weight Machines, Free Weights, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Speed Balls, Jordan Medicine Balls, Jordan Plyo Boxes, Boxing Bags, Skipping Ropes, Wrestling Mat, Outdoor Running Track, Bleep Test area.
Please bring along:
Suitable gym wear, water bottle, towel.
